Each serving of 1 capsule contains: Caffeine (anhydrous) 300mg, Proprietary Blend 560mg Ephedra Extract (Standardized for 25mg of naturally-occuring ephedra group alkaloids), Bitter Orange extract (fruit) (standarsdized for 3mg of sytnephrine), Capsicum annum (fuit), Kola Nut extract (seed), Eleutherococcus senticosus (root). Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement take one capsule, preferably one in the morning with a large glass of water.
WARNINGS: Do not exceed maximum recommended daily amount of ephedrine. The maximum recommended amount of ephedrine for a healthy adult is no more than 100mg in a 24 hour period for not more than 12 weeks. Kola Nut extract contains caffeine and should not be taken by those wishing to eliminate caffeine from their diet.
