Each serving of 1 capsule contains: Caffeine (anhydrous) 300mg, Proprietary Blend 560mg Ephedra Extract (25mg Ephedra Nevadensis), Glucoronolactone, Phenylethylamine HCL, Synephrine Caprylate, Nettle Root Extract, YohimbeHCL, Xanthinol Niacinate, Picamilon. Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement take one capsule, preferably one in the morning with a large glass of water.
