Ephedra Ban Ruled Invalid

On April 13, 2005 the 2004 Final Rule issued by the FDA banning Ephedra was overturned by a Federal Judge.  The FDA has 60 days from the ruling date to appeal the courts decision (June 13, 2005). During this period we will be offering Ephedra Diet Pills. If the FDA does not appeal within the allotted time period, the agency will have to return to the rule making process to re-write the rule according to the current law. The “Bottom Line” is: get these products while you can as they may not be available for much longer.
